VIOLATIONS OF SYSTEM OR NETWORK SECURITY MAY RESULT IN CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LIABILITY. THE COMPANY WILL INVESTIGATE OCCURRENCES, WHICH MAY INVOLVE SUCH VIOLATIONS AND MAY INVOLVE, AND COOPERATE WITH, LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES IN PROSECUTING USERS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN SUCH VIOLATIONS.

Specific Prohibited Uses:
The Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Web Site, and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for any of the following:
- Posting any incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical information, or information which is not your own.
- Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.

All Material is the property of the Company. The Company does not represent or warrant that Materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and access to them from territories where their content is illegal or prohibited. If you choose to access this site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws.
This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Illinois, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that State. Any action brought by or against you to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site will be brought in the Court of Cook County, or in the United States District Court for SCDCom's area or region within the State of Illinois. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in force. Privacy Policy:
SCDCOM and its sponsoring organizations and affiliates are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to use remains private and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein.

Basic Confidentiality Policy: In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently, and what services users access the most. We only use this information anonymously and in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you. We may share this information with otherwise so that they too may understand how Our visitors use Our Web Site. If you indicate that you are under eighteen (18) years of age, we will use our best efforts to not use or collect any of the aforementioned information nor release any of the aforementioned information to a third party.
It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential especially if you indicate that you are under eighteen (18) year of age. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated staff. It is used only for such purposes as providing information requested, aggregate research, promotional purposes, further web site development and answering your questions.

We may contact you with information such as event notices and special announcements. You can be removed from the list any time you wish.

No Release of Information to Third Parties:
Personal Information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as fulfilling information requests, forwarding complaints, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell Personal Information to third parties.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information: Our system is not set up to track, collect or distribute Personal Information about its visitors. It does recognize the hostname of visitors, but it will not track e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use. We cannot, however, distinguish individual names, addresses or other personal information.
This web site tracks information about the visits to our pages. We compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web sites, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public and may also be provided to others. Again, these statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

Cookies:
We may use a feature on your Internet browser called a "cookie". Cookies are small files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive. We may use cookies for remembering user names and passwords and preferences, tracking click streams, and for load balancing.
